Uggghhhh, Bugs!

Kyle's neice's Jr. High softball team made it to State so we went to her game last night. About midway through, these little black flies/bugs came out and started to devour us. They couldn't have been bigger than fruit flies but they are nasty! It's amazing how something so small can bite/sting enough to hurt. We borrowed some bug spray but no luck. Today I woke up covered with bites that itch worse than mosquito bites. I never remember seeing these things back in Utah. At least, they only seem to come out really bad a few weeks in the fall, otherwise, I think I'd be wanting to move! Kaylee would fuss and cry a little each time they bit her. Needless to say, we left the game a little early. The girls don't seem to be itching too much today. If they did, I'd load them up on Benedryl - which may actually help them to sleep for a long time. Hmm.... may not be a bad thing. ;) Always looking for the silver lining...
