Oh, What Fun We Had

It was so much fun to have Amy, Kira, & Kaylee here for a couple of weeks. The time went by way too fast!! It was great to have most everyone here for dinner to celebrate the January birthdays. It was so fun to play with Kira and Kaylee. It only took Kaylee a couple of days to get used to Grandpa and Grandma, and then we had a ball. She is such a happy little girl, even with getting 2 new teeth in while she was here. Kira liked to play in the basement, so we would go up and down the stairs alot. We had to get a gate so Kaylee would not fall down the stairs, and it would upset her when Kira and I would go down the stairs and she couldn't come. We had lots of snow while they were here and Kira loved to play in it. We've just kept getting snow storm after snow storm. The parking lot north of our house is completely full of snow. It has been quite a wintery January. Thanks to Mitch and Kimberly, Kira really had fun playing with them. Kimberly always takes time to play with all the kids. They are planning a nice vacation with Kimberly's family after her brother gets home from his mission in April. They will have to tell us all about it and show some of their pictures when they get back. Dad and I went down to Grandpa Robbins house in January to help to start clean out the house. It is going to take a long time. I'm not sure what the family is going to do with the house. Mark has offered to buy it, so maybe that is what will happen. It seems very strange not to have either Grandpa or Grandma there anymore. Dad and I just seem to keep busy with work and church callings. We are so far staying healthy and doing good. Dad had another MRI last week to see if there have been any changes as far as his migraines are concerned. Everything looked good. I guess he just has to live with them. Thank goodness for drugs that help a little. Thank you Ryan and Michelle for the wonderful pictures of those three beautiful grandchildren. They are growing up so fast!! Thanks to all of you for belonging to our family. We LOVE YOU ALL and are proud of each of you!! Stay well and happy!! Dad & Mom
