Hi Everyone,

Thanks to the Mitch & Kimberly Reid and Amy Harrison for keeping the blog going. We love to read about your families and the pictures are so great!! We really do appreciate you taking the time to post things so see on the blog. We showed Austin the picture of him and his fan club at the swimming pool, he thought it was awesome. Thanks Kimberly for always having your camera ready and for taking such great pictures and then getting them on the blog for us to enjoy. Sounds like everyone's 4th of July was nice. Dad and I had a quiet day. We BBQ'd a steak and had corn on the cob and watermelon. We went for a ride up around Pineview. There were alot of people there celebrating. We watched the Boston Fireworks on the TV and then I watched the Layton ones from the deck. Not to exciting for the 4th, but it was great to have a long weekend!! Dad went to Logan to go to the car show with Mitch on Saturday. We are taking a couple of days off this coming week, around the 24th. We haven't decided if we are going somewhere or just take a day trip from home. It makes it hard with the price of gas to go very far.
We are going to be converting to a new computer system at work this September, so we are already starting to train and learn some new things. I think my brain is getting too old to learn all this new stuff!! Hopefully, it will sink in and I'll do OK. I cannot believe summer is going by so fast!! I'm glad you are able to get out and enjoy some of the fun things of summer time. Dad and I are doing fine and are glad to be able to get up and get going each day.
Hope you are all doing well. We think about each of you every day. We love you lots!
Dad & Mom
